PERSONALIZED LIFE-STYLE CONSULTATIONS are an
in-depth review of physical and personal history (including medical and family
history). Life-style, nutrition, stress management and exercise are covered and
appropriate solutions to potential problem areas are then identified, discussed
and implemented. Supportive therapies
may also be offered, including relaxation techniques, Reiki, hypnotherapy, yoga,
massage, meditation, supplementation and/or counseling. The holistic focus is primarily on where
blockages may lie and discovering the solutions to balancing mind, body and
spirit – “we are each empowered by recognising that our strength to change
comes from within”.
